UK visit-visa fees were updated on 9 April 2025: the short-term (up to 6 months); longer-term multi-entry options (2, 5, 10 years) carry higher fees.
Yes — you can apply directly for 2-, 5-, or 10-year Standard Visitor visas (each stay up to 6 months). We’ll examine your travel pattern and advise which validity best fits your profile and evidence.
If you’re ETA-eligible and mostly take short trips, ETA can be simpler (valid 2 years or until passport expiry). We’ll compare ETA vs. multi-year visa for cost, convenience, and your likely travel frequency
The most common refusal themes are weak purpose/evidence, unclear funding, and insufficient ties to your country of residence. UKVI’s Visit guidance focuses on credibility and whether your documents genuinely support your stated plans. We build an officer-friendly narrative that connects the dots.
If you’ve had a refusal, we review the refusal notice, fix the gaps (e.g., bank flow, leave approvals, itinerary realism), and re-apply with stronger evidence rather than repeating the same pack.
All visa applicants attend VFS Global – UK Visa Application Centre, WAFI Mall (Level 1, Phase 5 – Horus, Umm Hurair 2) for biometrics and document capture. We’ll create your online application on GOV.UK, book your VFS slot, and pre-index your proofs so your visit is smooth.
Biometrics are normally required for each visa application. We’ll brief you on options like document-scanning assistance and premium lounge add-ons, but you should plan to attend VFS in person for fingerprints/photo. (ETA applicants do not go to VFS.)
We start with a short intake, then complete your GOV.UK application, upload your scans, and schedule VFS WAFI. You’ll receive a polished, officer-friendly pack (employment/NOC, funds, travel plan, ties to the UAE) that mirrors UKVI expectations.
On the day, you attend VFS for biometrics; after lodge we track the file until decision and passport return. Prefer concierge help? We offer free document pick-up & drop in nearby Dubai areas (courier options for farther locations), so you can do almost everything from home.
Outside the UK, Standard Visitor decisions are usually ~3 weeks from your VFS appointment. Need it faster? If available for your case, Priority aims for ~5 working days, and Super Priority aims for a next-working-day decision after your appointment. We’ll tell you which services are active for Dubai when we book.
We also front-load quality control (correct form answers, matched uploads, clean scans) so your file avoids avoidable delays — this often matters more than the minutes spent at the counter.
We do the heavy lifting: choose the right route (ETA vs. visa), complete your GOV.UK application, prepare uploads, book VFS WAFI biometrics, and coach you for the interview (if any). After lodge, we track the case and manage passport return — you get clear updates, not guesswork.

We’ll outline a crisp set: valid passport, evidence of funds (recent bank statements), employment/sponsor letter (NOC), and proofs that fit your purpose (tourism, family, business). Our job is to keep the story consistent across forms and documents.
UKVI notes that items like flight bookings, hotel bookings, and travel insurance are not required evidence for the decision itself (many applicants still include them). We’ll advise when to add them as context versus when to keep the pack lean.
If you’re a UAE resident with another nationality, you’ll either need an ETA (for non-visa-national passports) or a Standard Visitor visa (for visa-national passports). We’ll check your passport against UK rules and route you to the right path — ETA or visa — before we build your file. Note: from 2 April 2025, EU/EEA/Swiss visitors also require an ETA to travel to the UK without a visa.
Families apply together but each person needs their own application/appointment. For minors, include parental consent and documents that show the relationship (e.g., birth certificate). We’ll assemble aligned itineraries and accommodation notes to avoid “split” decisions.
If a relative in the UK is hosting you, we’ll help them produce an invitation with status and accommodation details — and we’ll make sure your funds/ties still stand on their own.
